I'm not even a customer and they treated me with exceptional care and professionalism. We recently bought a house where they had done a treatment. I called because we suspected the same bug problem had returned (it had not thankfully). They returned my phone call promplty. Came to the house two times; once to see if there was damage and twice to pick up a sample bug. That's a lot of service for someone who's not even your customer. I am thankful they were so helpful. i would recommend them anytime!
