Andrew Klopfenstein and the group were great. I used them for drafting a lease for my house when I rented it out for two years. They were quick to draft the lease and keep me informed on updated State Laws. I most recently used them again in the sale of my house. I did a for sale by owner, and they were quick to draw up all the necessary paperwork involved in the sale. They were also great in handling the dialogue with the other party to agree to terms. I owned my house in Brookfield and they had no problem helping me and were willing to come by my house if needed. HIGHLY recommend for any services involved in realty.
