As I was stationed at Fort Knox, KY my wife had to take care of the entire process from home prep to sale. Jim ushered my wife through the entire process where he took all the pressure off balancing the requirements of realtors, title companies, financial institutions, etc. He even helped with the power of attorney providing my wife the ability to sign for me. He called as needed and was there when she needed him. Just got his bill and am shocked at how affordable his quality service is. Highly recommend!!!
