we dealt with the firm for settlement regarding the sale of our house in McCauly Park, Potomac, Maryland. the procedure went off very smoothly thanks to the meticulous preparatory work done by T.O"Reilly and Jason Mott. We were out of the office in less than an hour; more pleadingly, the net sales proceeds reached our account within 24 hours. we highly recommend this group.

Title companies are responsible for clearing the chain of title of all liens and distributing the funds appropriately. O'Reilly & Mark do neither of these things. Additionally, their communication skills are horrific. This might be the last time I let a buyer's agent select a title company for my transactions. Just awful.
