I phones this law office last week (9-16-21) to discuss my case with an attorney and as of today Sunday I haven't had a return phone call yet. The lady that took my phone calls that someone would call me within next to 15 to 20 minutes. Apparently she was working from home I guess because it was dogs barking in the background and she may have had company as well because she was telling somebody by at the same time she was trying to talk to me on the phone at the same time. It's really sad!

I hired this lawyer and never met him. I live in Galveston so I tried to be understanding as possible. I was hit by a driver who failed to yield and had active insurance when his tags were ran and he was promptly arrested on scene and ticketed for not yielding the right of way and a suspended license. The case manager Mimi is very sweet, I give her that, but I needed help in my case that I was not given. When this lawyer thought he found out the guy who hit me had no insurance the night of the accident,they dropped my case like I was no one. I then called the insurance company myself and have been taking things into my own hands. After hiring another lawyer,I came to find that the insurance company is trying to commit fraud and the adjuster claimed he dropped the insurance A DAY BEFORE the accident(fishy)(avoiding paying out!)(I called and found out this info MYSELF) This lawyer did not FIGHT FOR ME!! Just gave up on my case!! I am now car-less and in a lot of pain. Should have went with my family lawyer instead of this law firm in the first place,they have been so much more helpful.

The entire staff was very efficient and friendly. They were very prompt to answer any questions and kept us up to date on our case the entire time. I have recommended Nicholas and Sean countless times to other people.
