There are , I am sure some fine workers for the county of Sacramento somewhere, but as in most businesses there are notorious screw ups. The county of Sacramento is no exception. I have seen liars go unquestioned and unsubstantiated , fake attorneys in family court using the identity of local attorneys, Joseph Welch being one ( his photo was on the front page of the Bee a few weeks after his identity was misused. Did the man go to trial for perjury or was it noted, NO! It has not still!n Date rapists hired by the county. Verbal abuse to the still innocent accused. Medial negligence. Targeting African american women. Torture tactics behind jail windows taped with dark plastic ( though we could here the screams). Everyone knows, but people don't want to be a downer and talk about it, or they are afraid of retaliation. the Golden state killer case is an obvious tactic " to become a hero find a villain" The news reporters are trusting them, even African American newscasters have not stood up to the vilification by the county and they have been victims of it., Just to bring down a white cop/ The county is made of up of more than half of incredibly dysfunctional people who are pre alcoholic liars, but then what bureaucracy is not?. They may be more interested in dominating the pack than actual justice.. nnI think they should make up for their past mistakes and not just against AAM, but the middles class and women as well, before they begin a new fiasco.

Cops shoot unarmed man in HIS OWN YARD, they shot him 6 TIME in the BACK!nnNo charges brought by the DA as she is bought and paid for by the Sacramento PD to the tune of 470,000$nnDA Shubert has recived almost half a MILLION dollarz from law enforcment and she refuses to bring charges agains cops that shoot unarmed black men IN THE BACK 6 TIMES in his own back yard... Becuase they paid her not too.nnDIGUSTING AND WRONG!!!!!!
