Fort Bliss Legal Assistance Office

They say they will call in 7-10 days for scheduling an appointment to talk with an attorney. I didn't receive a call for over two weeks. They say, "We'll call you next week sometime. Today, Wednesday, I made a call multiple times to check in with them. They didn't answer the phone. I went to that office to check on my appointment. They said they called me 30 minutes ago but I didn't receive it, so they left a voice message. I checked my phone in front of them. No missed call, no voice message. They say I will have to wait another 5 days to get a call with an assumption(if I miss thr call again, I will have to wait another few days). I don't know if they really exist to help soldiers for legal issues. I wasted three weeks, hoping to schedule an appointment. Now I am about to miss the right timing for my case. If I could give a zero star, I would definitely do that.

Very helpful, they have waits for an appointment but I was grateful because it is a free service and the SPC at the front was nice and informative.

Useless and a waste of time, all they like to say is "no" and "you need to make an appointment. I don't see how they ever are able to take care of anything the way they do things.

I’ve been here several times and every time they are so helpful and I’m in and out within 5 min. Thank you so much for always being patient and understanding.

If you schedule an appointment it'll take a min for them to get back to you, but they are incredibly knowledgeable and will help you to thw fullest extent
