Mr Prescott was a lifesaver for me today! Tax problems can be so complex you become paralyzed as to what to do. He gave me sound advice and guided me in calm and logical manner…thanks Charles!

Charles answered my Facebook message close to midnight and immediately started asking questions to try and help. He set up a meeting the next day to and made sure it was a convenient time for me even though this was less than 12 hours from the initial time I started my inquiry. Our meeting took place via video conference where he listened to my concerns and offered support and guidance.
