Sean helped my wife obtain her U.S. Green Card. Our case was a little complicated but I'm sure that every case is. Sean took the time to listen to our story and advised us on how to proceed. He was very knowledge about immigration laws both within the U.S. and other countries in which the U.S. required us to obtain certain documentation. Over at Olender Pham, they have a great online processing software that made it extremely easy for my wife and I to fill out the forms. Once completed, Sean mailed the forms for us which was a great relief. From beginning to completion, Sean is a great person to work with as he gives you a full perspective approach and advises the best way to proceed.

I have a lot of experience in dealing with Sean and his staff. We applied for 2 H1-B’s which unfortunately did not make it through visa lottery selection in 2013 and 2014. Sean suggested I apply for an 18 month J –visa in 2013, which was successful. We then transferred to an O visa in 2015. Sean did an excellent job with the H1-B visa preparation and due to the convoluted nature of the J to O visa process did an even better job. Sean was extremely knowledgeable on the process and nuances involved and worked very hard on my case.

My wife entered the US illegally and Sean got my wife a green card in five months start to finish! My wife and I visited Sean to see if she could get a green card using the I-601 waiver. During the appointment Sean asked us a lot of questions and he learned that I had served in the military. Sean said that we might qualify for the hardship waiver, but that we didn't have a lot of hardship evidence and that because I served in the military that my wife could get something called parole-in-place for military spouses and get a green card much faster and easier that way. Sean filed the parole-in-place application and about a month later my wife got parole. Then that made it possible for my wife to adjust status as the spouse of my US citizen husband. The adjustment part took four months. Now my wife's case is approved and she's a permanent resident. She did not have to leave the US to get her US residence. Sean asked a lot of questions and was careful to find the easiest path for her instead of the most obvious one that we initially came in for. That saved a lot of time and money and also saved a nerve wracking trip outside of the US to get a visa at the consulate. We have a young daughter and I worked long hours, so getting legal status for my wife was very important to our family. I recommend Sean to all because he is trustworthy lawyer and performed an awesome quality work on my wife's immigration case. - also note I went to a previous lawyer and she said their was no other way for my wife to get a legal status but Sean found a way to get it done!

Sean Olender was extremely helpful throughout my lawsuit. Sean took the time to listen to my story and advised me how to proceed. I never dealt with a lawsuit before and Sean made me feel at ease. He is knowledgeable on labor laws and took the time to help me throughout, making sure I "crossed my ts and dotted my I's". The process was made easy by Sean and his constant updates and the advise he provided throughout my lawsuit went above and beyond my expectations. If you should ever found yourself in need of legal services Sean Oldender the a great choice to represent you.

Sean represents my employer and he filed and got my H-1B approved in 12 days using premium processing. We told him it was a rush, so he got it done quickly. His firm uses a good online case management system, so I was able to fill in my information online and he explained clearly how the process worked and did not take too much of my time.
