Doesn't answer phone in the middle of the day on a thrusday, not making me confident that he will answer if I'm paying him.

This D.A. is a thief in the last elections it came out from his predecessor that he stole money from a woman in utah County, but because she didn't want to press charges that the state wasn't going to push the issue....imagine that a person standing there telling everyone how bad they are and how much jail time they should get but he is a proven thief with zero consequence ????
