Absolutely terrible service. The phone system alone was horrible. Call three different times, get three different messages. Ridiculous. Bit somehow they are considered a professional outfit?

They only want your money and they make you come every 2 weeks before was every week but I run out of things to say the therapist I now am going to another place where they don’t make you go to therapist it’s only if you want too and they have art therapy too

the office staff is the worst ever they are lazy and rude and never answer the phones. they jump down your throat when they dont even have correct information. just open the books once in awhile and you might see that something was rescheduled. also this is a place to seek therapy and get meds for emotional and behavioral issues if you do not know how to handle patients with chronic disability then get out of your profession. omni health should be ashamed of themselves to have such horible staff including a psychiatrist whom was finally discharged, look at his reviews. dr D. well the only luck i had there was my therapist Pritiba. very helpful and got me some of the help i was needing through a very tough time in my life. thank you Pritiba. i hope you get an opportunity higher up in omni and make this establishment shine again. thank you omni health for all the help i recieved despite all the hassle from the front of the house especially the Drs. take care. I think that you should provide all your employees with a reliable cell phone to increase communication between the offices and every employee who works outside the office. It only makes sense especially because it's another incentive to keep your employees from leaving your small company to go to a bigger more developed one.
