I have been seeing Roberta who is an aoda counselor who knows what she is talking about, is down to earth, and the office has a warm feeling, and the building is clean and nice!

Applied for financial assistance to help cover a crisis bill... was approved and told (via phone & a letter) I would no longer have to worry about that bill as I'd no longer receive any more statements about it. A year goes by and I receive a statement saying it's past due. I call to inquire about it & told them I have the letter that says I don't have to worry about it. From there, the lady in billing said she seen that letter & didn't know why it didn't tell me after a year goes, I have to resubmit the financial assistance application. This has to be done each year for 10 YEARS. She blamed it on the person who worked there previously. I expressed my frustration & it retriggered the events that lead up to me involuntarily needing to use their services. The lady in billing then went on to say it's that way in case "someone gets a good job & can pay their bill... a bill is a bill... it has to be paid." She then went on to question, without compassion & in a rude tone, how I make a living & eat. Whoever I worked with last year was great & helped me during an extremely difficult time in my life. Whoever I dealt with recently should not be in that position.

You prey on people who are in no position to refuse your services. You charge 346 dollars for a 15 minute counselling for someone who is under the influence and in jail and does not even understand that she would be charged for you "service" You should call yourself Inhuman services

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have healthcare professionals and social workers to assist people in need
