The manager Mike was very abrasive and unwilling to help me with my billing questions. He not only was rude, but refused to help me. Usually I have no problems with my appointments but my insurance was put in incorrectly. Probably the rudest person I have encountered.

I got an MRI for my knee and was told I’d be called with the results in 2-3 days. After I did not receive a call for 3 days, I had to call and a nurse told me that my results were in and Dr. Milchteim would get back to me with the results. Once again I did not receive a call. I had to call in everyday after that leaving message after message (because I could not get a hold of anyone). It seems to be a constant merry-go-round of being put on hold and transferred, just to get a voice mail that no one seems to check. After around 3 weeks of calling (and waiting for my results) I finally got in touch with a nurse again who told me Dr. Milchteim forgot to call me and he would be calling soon. I understand people make mistakes and forget but 3 weeks of waiting for an answer was unacceptable and unprecedented in my medical journey. I switched Ortho’s immediately and will not be going back to Orlin & Cohen.

Only saw Dr Miltcheim once for 5 minutes in my first of 4 visits. The PA was excellent but thought the Dr should have seen me at least one more time. Even if I was just getting gel injections.

Short wait and Dr Milchteim assistant was efficient , friendly and gave a shot on right side of the knee .. She is always friendly and knowledgeable

I HAD an appointment this morning for a follow up from being placed in a soft cast . I walked in to check in and was rudely told I had to wear a mask . I offered to place my sweater over my face because I have allergic reaction from wearing a mask. The receptionist asked for a copayment but at the same token could not offer that I would be seen. She said the office manager would be in at 8:30 and to wait and see what she had to say. WHY ask for a copayment and then at the same time deny a patient to be seen .The girls were attacking and to boot there were other patients who were sitting there without a mask on and not a word was said to them. I asked if the dr could see me outside since there was an issue and NO that wasn’t even an option. I WAS DENIED MEDICAL CARE FOR AN INJURY WHICH IS NOT PROFESSIONAL! Not a place you want to go to since they are more about wearing a mask than your health needs.
