I arrived at Orsatti & Associates with complete emotional frustration over a situation that had happened between me and a contractor. Mr Orsatti had a very personal conversation with me and explained the possible outcomes of the case. He was extremely honest and gave me personalized recommendations. After the small interaction he told me he didn't charge me for the consultation. He was also very honest and a great stand up individual. I am glad for the time he took with me and the consideration about my feelings and how to approach the case. But even with the end result of not going forward with the case. He was more than accommodating to my needs and was whiling to not make profit off of me and rather treat me as a human individual partner.
