She was aweful. She had showed no Respect towards me as her client, would not listen to my concerns, and wanted me agree to any offer the other party suggested no matter how unfair it was and I refused to agree. She was fired. Do not use Stacey Ortega.

This lady was extremely rude and showed no respect for others around her or for the seriousness of the situation. Hopefully in the future she'll decide that she can treat others with respect and still feel important and special.

She is biased against males/fathers. I asked for one night with my kids free from any activities on Sundays during mediation. She declined my request and contributed to the separation from my children. After this experience, the difficulties with my ex grew even more.

I was assigned Stacy Ortega for LCM on Nov 8th. Her staff is incompetent and rude. The very first intake call, her front-desk lady berated me for not having my paperwork done because it came in on "August 11th" (can't read a date), and that it was an inordinate amount of time that I took to complete it. I went ahead and completed the paperwork, and waited 10 days for a response about intake for LCM. Stacy's office never called. I called them, and the same rude employee answered the phone. Once I explained my situation, she began asking me repeatedly for details that were contained in the paperwork that Stacy's office had for 10 days. Several times I explained that she could find the answer to her questions in the paperwork she was in possession of. Eventually she got frustrated and ended the call. After some time, Stacy returned my call, finally! However, she only wanted to complain about me trying to hold employee accountable, and to have the case assigned to a different case manager, after nearly a month of issues. If you're ever assigned this person as a mediator, or need an attorney that will engage with you in a reasonable amount of time, I'd suggest you run not walk elsewhere !
