Reviews

I have been working with this extraordinary law firm since my injury occurred in 2007. It is now 2023. In that time, Ouimette, Goldstein, & Andrews have handled my case with true professionalism and sincere care for me as a totally and permanently disabled person with invisible disabilities and chronic illness. Along my long path of dealing with the often confusing and frustrating workers comp and social security procedures and documentation, they have answered every question I had. I couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with the way I have been treated. My case has been handled so competently and successfully. I would highly recommend Ouimette, Goldstein, & Andrews if you are seeking legal advice. They truly are the best in what they do.

I recently was approved for Social Security Disability. I met with Scott Goldstein to review my work history and discussed my medical history. Scott was very engaging, knowledgeable and pragmatic in his approach to explain the process I was embarking on; he was not giving me any false expectations and explained the process in detail to have me understand what would be required. During the application process, (which in my case took nearly 8 months), both Scott and his assistant Zuinda were responsive and patient with me; they both educated me as we went along as to what would be required to potentially have a shot at being approved. Scott and Zuinda are true professionals, nice people and their hard work was instrumental in helping me with my case being approved. I highly recommend calling Scott Goldstein's firm for Social Security Disability representation.

Overall the most horrible service and ineffective results. I suffered a concussion which left me with a diagnosis of partial permanent brain damage , plus other soft tissue injuries . I was out of work almost a year and only returned when workers comp pay ended. The last three yrs of work were horrendous and debilitating and during this time this law firm never advised me I could file for disability. I retired and moved to Georgia and then I filed for disability there, got it. Every time I had tried to call the office when I still lived in NY , the person I was assigned to would routinely hang up on me, not give messages to the attorneys, and was never sanctioned for her treatment of me. I’ve been asked to provide data for compensation regarding part time work and never received a dime for lost wages that they had promised. They never got me any money for the permanent brain damage. I’ve been totally abandoned by them , with no contact in years. They are inept .

Mr. Goldstein was clear, focused, and professional as he reviewed my case. He quickly located relevant information with ease. Then Scott clearly explained what needed to be done, if anything. Thank you

Mr. Goldstein and his team (Galinda, Salinda, and Edie) have been handling my case for several years. They have always been courteous, caring, attentive, and professional. Knowing I have a learning disability as well as many injuries, they always made me feel at ease before and after a hearing or when I needed to submit paperwork. Whenever I call the office, I receive a call back in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend this firm to anyone who may have had an injury or needs advice about long term assistance. Scott and Edie have gone above and beyond. Much appreciated!
