I just finished a very long and unprofessional experience with this law firm. In the middle of our transaction, our lawyer and paralegal left the practice. The ball was dropped and I had to chase Mr.Owens to get some resolution. Not once did he accept responsibility for the numerous mishaps, or even apologize.Client satisfaction does not appear to be one of his specialties. Settling an estate is a stressful process in and of itself, they added more stress and aggravation.I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

Amazing to work with, very informative, and willing to answer every question I had. Great communication, which can be very hard to find. Tami has made buying a house a whole lot easier and less stressful for us. I highly recommend.

I am writing about Ms. Mary Owens on my 8th year anniversary of visiting her on the Xmas eve of 2013. That day I was shaking and watching at my back as I parked my car in the office park and today I am living my own life in my best possible way. It would not be possible without Mary and her group. Special thanks to Pam, Mary’s paralegal and Jermayah, Mary’s assistant at that time. Mary was courageous, experienced, fast and aboveall, funny. Aparantly the farm seems expensive, but you can trust them and the money will not be wasted. They actually had very good payment options. My divorce had an extended consequence, Mary helped me in another state, finding out the lawyer and resolving continuing problems with another lawyer. I find that I was fortunate having my divorce lawyer as Ms. Mary Owens.

For small business I would not recommend. The paperwork, Extremely Basic templates, that I paid close to $1,000 for could have been accomplished on Rocket Lawyer. The Membership Agreement had my buyers name spelled incorrectly and no SCC ID # listed for my business. I was told/emailed that he could not find my business on the site. Had he scrolled to my email Signature line he would have found all the information needed to look my business up right there. I was charged $467 for that Template that I corrected the errors on and filled in the missing information. In the end we did not use it. We used my Buyers attorney, for half the price, who actually did type in all the specific accounts information plus our individualized expectations. More importantly, I knew by the work that I was not a priority in any way. He was a very pleasant man and I can only speak for the selling of a small business.

I worked with Mallory Brennan, who is kind, caring, passionate, hard working, reliable, and a dedicated attorney. I felt like she really understood what I was going through, including the personal and financial impact of divorce. She was instrumental to the process going as smoothly as it did and I highly recommend her services.
