I visited the Pf Changs in Austin on Jollyville rd today. I ordered a sangria light ice it came filled with ice. I ordered Kung Pao chicken no peanuts and it came with them. So the manager Monica came over to address the drink issue and asked if I wanted it remade. I told her not to worry about it. The food was a different story. Monica came back with major attitude. I pointed out the peanuts and told her I would push them aside just bring more Kung Pao sauce. She snatched the food out of my hand and I told her to give it back. She said that I already removed it from the table. At this point I no longer wanted the food. Monica then comes back with new food and said so you not eating lunch today!! Who says or does that to a customer!!! She then proceeded to tell me that it seemed like we can't do anything right for you today! Is it my fault the drink and food order came out wrong?? Monica the manager was highly disrespectful and beyond unprofessional. Our waitress Deena was very courteous and exhibited professionalism. Maybe the waitress and manager need to switch roles. I wasn't there to make anyones life miserable!! The manager Monica has no interpersonal skills at all!!

I live in North Carolina near the Greensboro PFchang location. I have been trying to contact them to make a reservation for the pass 30 minutes. I've been on hold and was hung up on 3 different times I'm so passed off.. my wife and I have been spending our hard earned money here since this location has opened. I'm sad that the customer service has gotten so bad that we will no longer be eatimg at PFChang zero stars ????????????????????

Experience at greensboro location wasn't that great.jillian wasn't patient. I haven't been here in years so I needed time to review the menu.she seemed like she was getting an attitude with my questions

Homestead/Waterfront/PA location. What a disaster! Table of 6 for lunch-time was 2:30, only 2 guests already inside restaurant--should have known better at that point. Waiter was a sloppy mess, took him 10 min just to come to table, then 15 min to bring back beverages--of which he never brought mine the entire meal, ordered several apps all came out separately in 10-15 min increments. Then he told us that he delivered the wrong app to our table, then entrees came out separately, first only 2, 15 minutes later the other 3, the last entree never came, then the kitchen forgot one of the dumplings on the last entree plate and brought it out on a separate dish---I mean it was a nightmare! We sat there quietly until the end, I then spoke to the so called "manager" at the bar(away from guests,) and proceeded to let him know that we had all of these issues. He was a joke--his comment was, "this is the first I heard of it." Put my hands together and told him that the Expediter needs to pay attention to ticket times, food orders etc. especially when there is no one even in the restaurant. Told him that we had just received the last entree and all other guests had already finished eating their meals. Then this manager walks over to our table as we were paying the bill and he starts coming at me arguing loudly with me-right in front of my guests. His words. "I am a grown man, what you said to me was unacceptable" I said, I am sorry that you are not paying attention to the ticket times and that you feel like my hand movements portraying expediting tickets bother you." It was unbelievable! Right then, I should have called the police for infringement on my 6ft social distancing space and for Offensive Public Misconduct. Will be contacting PF Changs Corporate Offices. This was absolutely shameful! Stay away from this location!!!

This has used to be my favorite restaurant, since I work from home and meet clients, this was the best place to do that. Until you changed you menu, I loved the soup and udon noodle dish, I have stomach issues and only thing I could eat a long time. I used to go 2 to 3 times a week, now it is 2 to 3 times a month. Bring back your old menu, it was amazing no reason to change. Cheryl logan.
