Pure scum of the earth. First of all this is not a law firm, but a collection agency with lawyers that work in collections. If you are a lawyer that has to work in collections to make a living, then obviously you suck at the legal profession. They have lawyers there that work for Midland Credit and other collection agencies. They have a tendency to go after delinquent debt less than $5,000. That's right small claims court amounts. The debt collection agencies such as Midland Credit have these out of state lawyers on retainer even though no lawyer will get out of bed for such a small amount of money. They have paralegals show up in court to represent the collection agency, and hope the defendants don't show up, so they can get default judgements. That way they can garnish income etc. How these attorneys/debt collectors sleep at night, I have no idea. Mishaela Kirkpatrick get a life and practice actual law instead of working for a collection agency.

First of all it would be awesome if someone would update the mailing address so it's more visible easy to find on line. I had a payment that was on time sent back because they do not provide the correct mailing address. I am some one who has been in collections with this agency for 5 years. I wish so badly that collection agencies were more willing to work with people through times of struggle. They may actually get more money from people if they were kinder and more understanding. I didn't ask you to buy the loan out right and make my life miserable I was asking for a better life l, Instead i get some one on the other end Making me feel like a horrible person for borrowing money to become a student, so that I may get ahead in life. These people bullied my grandmother to tears it's a wonder any of them sleep at night. Their anger and hate will not make me get my payments to them any faster.

Currently suing me over a debt I know nothing about. Hasn't contacted me about any debts they have "purchased" from anyone. I have a court date set for October 18th. Hasn't provided any proof of the debt or contacted me prior, just straight to court. I guess we will see how it goes next month.

Nick Deganhart god is watching and where mercy is shown mercy is given. You have no mercy for the people who are human just like you . Who face financial hardship but you take advantage and try to get more and more from small amounts of debt bought to make $$$ from the american people. You are a evil person and will be the devils right hand man for eternity in after life
