This is my factually supported experience. I’m up against a Mr Josh Belding currently in court. He’s representing ICBC in this matter. Which how does a firm represent injured claimants & ICBC at the same time without there being any conflict of interest? I’m a self represented vehicular assault victim and a self represented litigant not really by choice but out of necessity to survive. ICBC refused my claim because I caught them racketeering, colluding, fabricating reports, counselling others to participating in their damaging and heinous conduct which I’m fighting this in court. They take my money every month while refusing my claim because they defrauded me over $100,000.00 to severely economically harm my life during court processes while Mr. Belding misrepresents the law. Mr Belding has assisted ICBC in defrauding me this money during court proceedings to obstruct me from justice. Mr Belding and his paralegal have continually put misleading information in their documents while assisting their clients conceal evidence such as CCTV video evidence of my assault that Abbotsford police are refusing exploiting FIPPA loopholes to obstruct victims of violent crimes from justice for BC governments ICBC commercial crown corporate monopoly profits which also Mr. Belding is using the same exploited FIPPA excuse to abuse process, inconvenience me, and inflict further damages out of spite. Mr. Belding has never acted in good faith, he’s been very condescending, degrading to my basic human dignities, he’s psychologically abusive, degrading, belittling, unfair, demoralizing, disheartening, and dehumanizing. His behaviours very narcissistic and continually gaslights me like his clients have for years. He’s seems to think he tells me what I get to think is good faith for me because it benefits him and his clients and destroy my life, loved ones, and community. Mr. Belding lied and mislead the courts so much so they scrubbed the audio records. Mr. Belding has willfully participated in ICBC conduct and behaviour that’s so unbelievably reprehensible, high handed, malicious and was warned on numerous occasion to cease and desist assisting ICBC cruelty, fraud, obstruction which he refuses. I have all the evidence to support this. I’m posting because Mr. Belding has no remorse, refuses to stop, and knew full well what the repercussions were if he continued this. Mr. Belding has done everything to assist the government refuse me justice in totality and attempt to bar my legitimate claim through very nasty tactics his clients used against me for years. Mr. Belding and his clients ICBC have an arsenal of insidious tactics and have no regards for others so this is why I’m forced to leave this review. They’ve inflicted pain and suffering on me for entertainment purposes it seems after continuing this for a long time and smiling about it. Nobody in the right mind behaves this way. Also yesterday in court Mr. Belding smiled and giggled at me and implied I deserve no equality or consideration before the courts because he’s the trained registered lawyer with BC law society club... BC government and agencies are completely untrustworthy. Mr. Belding is excellent at harming injured claimants for ICBC. If you want to live and heal enough so your home life’s not torture, have some sort of life, and maybe a shred of happiness, then be aware of what your going to deal with dealing with Mr. Belding and ICBC. He has himself to blame for this review because of his bad faith, participation in ICBC racketeering, arrogance, narcissism, and all else. I hope no one ever has to go through what I am dealing with Mr. Belding and his clients.
