This is a great group of people to work with. Robert, Scott, Catherine, Julie... could not have treated us with more respect or worked harder for us. Will always appreciate and think very well of the Painter Law Firm.

My husband and I want to sincerely thank Mr. Robert Painter and his staff for assisting us with our pre-suit medical malpractice case. At our first meeting, after respectfully listening to our story, Mr. Painter outlined for us the various requirements needed when bringing a suit. He also addressed potential difficulties in obtaining a successful outcome due to Texas tort reform laws. We learned that it wasn’t a matter of whether, or not, we had a legitimate case (which we did), but rather could we beat the fast approaching deadline prior to the statute of limitations lapsing. Fortunately for us, Mr. Painter helped us do just that and it resulted in a very positive outcome. Frankly, we almost waited too long to seek Mr. Painter’s advice. If you believe you have a case, we strongly recommend that you contact the Painter Law Firm for a consultation as soon as possible. We learned that time is not your friend in cases like these, so don’t delay.
I called Painter Law Firm and got an appointment the same day. Julie spent a lot of time with me collecting info and records and then I asked to speak with Robert. He talked with me right away and gave me the peace of mind that I made the right choice.
So maybe this firm is like so many others when it comes to helping someone who is not up to their standards in life. Sorry I have a mental disability. Case was for physical complications due to Dr negligence. More discrimination I suppose. ... and in response to your response, that issue had nothing to do with what I was asking you for help about. ..... So for correction at this point, I must include that Mr Painter did rectify this situation between us. I appreciate your reaching out. Informative conversation. Now I may be able to push the better buttons. I will also add that there were no apparent issues with my conditions. Just legal positioning. Sorry about that.
