My husband and I want to sincerely thank Mr. Robert Painter and his staff for assisting us with our pre-suit medical malpractice case. At our first meeting, after respectfully listening to our story, Mr. Painter outlined for us the various requirements needed when bringing a suit. He also addressed potential difficulties in obtaining a successful outcome due to Texas tort reform laws. We learned that it wasn’t a matter of whether, or not, we had a legitimate case (which we did), but rather could we beat the fast approaching deadline prior to the statute of limitations lapsing. Case was for physical complications due to Dr negligence.
