Dr. Olivia Palmer is a very intelligent and caring person. She not only told me what I needed, but helped me get to someone that would help me (since I was not getting any help with my dental issue). I did NOT have any kind of mal-practice case, but she kept in touch with me to make sure I did get the treatment and care I needed. She spent time with me on the phone, emailed me articles and such about my problem and called me after I had surgery. I still have dental issues to deal with and I know she will be there if I have any questions or concerns about what I need done. I am very hesitant to have any more surgery, but I know she will help guide me in case I do need additional surgery. I just love an HONEST person. She may not tell you what you want to hear, but she will tell you what she feels is BEST FOR YOU AND YOUR CONDITION!!! She did all this and has not made a PENNY off my case. Never met me, knows nothing about me, just what I have going on. She cares and that is what matters most. AMAZING PERSON!

She was rude and made me feel like i was trash because used the Dentist that my insurance company sent me to because I am in Medicare and Medicaid. I tried to explain to her my problem that I was having only to have her keep cutting me off. I would never recommend her to anyone I was left in tears from her hateful attitude! Seriously need to work on that abrasive attitude. People come to an attorney for help, not to be made to feel like dirt.

CRAZY and MEAN as a rattle snake. I asked for help w a malpractice dental situation. She gave me verbal advise & I went w it. Only to have her call me up & lay into me abt not using her name when she never told me that I couldn't. The dentist that did RCT in 2 back molars & broke my jaw in 2020 and I am still going through treatments. This lady will not let you get a word in and just screams at you. At the end of the day I think this woman is mentally ill & this is sad. She probably has had something in her life that makes her so evil. This is not normal. Attorneys do not react in such a manner when asked for help. She explodes like she’s getting off on it. I am concerned

I would not recommend Dr. Palmer. I was referred to her by a local legal office. As an individual that interacts with attorneys I’ve never experienced an attorney so unprofessional as her. While explaining my incident via phone she was rude and constantly interrupted me. She has selective hearing and she picked and chose what she wanted to discuss concerning my incident. Please find an attorney that’s more professional.

I was referred to her by a local legal office. So when i spoke with her about a malpractice issue I was surprised at her entire attitude. She was super Rude and disrespectful, very aggressive. Seems like she may have mental health issues to be honest. DOOOO NOT waste your time. If I could I would give her Zero Stars. And I also called the referring law firm and told them Never refer her to anyone else because her behavior is definitely erratic.
