Dan was awesome with my case. He was able to get the charge amended to a lesser one and made sure I knew what I was getting jnto. In a case where it first looked like I was certainly going to do at least 6 months in jail, he was able to reduce the time spent to just under a month. It was obvious other lawyers and the judges respected Dan. I would recommend him to anyone!

In July of 2015 I was arrested for DUI. I am an older person and this was the first time I'd ever been arrested for DUI. I did not realize how severe the mandatory minimum sentence for a DUI conviction is in Washington State and this caused me a great deal of anxiety. Fortunately, Dan was able to explain and walk me through the process and obtain the outcome I desired. Dan was able to plea the charge down to Negligent Driving by the time of my Preliminary Hearing which was a huge relief. I suspect there was a good chance Dan could have obtained a not guilty verdict had we gone to trial but the King County District Court system is difficult and uncertain and I just wanted to favorably end my ordeal which Dan accomplished.n

Dan helped me with a Boating Under the Influence charge. Since this is a fairly new law in Washington state he had to do some additional research to determine the best way to fight the charge.
