Park Haley LLP

Park Haley LLP has been an excellent firm in handling my personal and business legal matters. I am very happy to have found a firm that is versatile and able to quickly and effectively respond to my different legal needs. Needless to say, they have earned my business, and more importantly, my complete trust.

My Process Service Company was requested to perform a RUSH service by Attorney "Elliott Park" on October 4, 2019. That paper was served the same day and my server was paid immediately by me. After numerous phone calls, emails, voicemails and even a letter to the State Bar Association, I am still not able to get Mr Elliott to respond back to me or to simply SEND ME A CHECK for the $125 owed us. I understand tough times, but as a small business, I shouldn't have to "front" an attorney money for 10 months. I find it funny that their Law Firm advertises "ETHICS" on their web site, but won't pay their bills. My next step is to the Better Business Bureau. It's truly sad when a firm tasked with practicing law doesn't live up to their professional Cannon of Ethics.

Well here we are on the 2nd anniversary of our RUSH service of documents for this Law Firm, only to be screwed out of our service fee. It truly amazes me that this firm would rather suffer the consequences of a bad review rather than simply pay what they owe. They need to understand that I'M NOT GOING AWAY. As we approach the 3rd Anniversary of their NON-PAYMENT, I can't help but wonder what possible motive or just simple non-professional attitude exists when a firm such as this beats a smaller company out of their hard fought earnings. I guess the old reference to "bottom feeders" rings true after all.

Gave a good sum of money to help with a case and all that was actually done was a phone call to have my court appointed attorney to contact me. I was happy to give part of my retainer to him but got nothing but quite a few run around emails. I was also informed that I am not the only one that this happened to in town which includes a few notable people. I have never left a bad review for anyone but this makes for a good first.

Elliott Park has been an unbelievable resource for our family and businesses. We have called on Mr. Park for acquisition (so glad we had his assistance). They also helped when my husband had a legal entanglement - fully resolved so thank you Mr. Park.
