The woman (who has a more hoarse voice, Sonya) and works in collections is so rude. I tried giving her the benefit of doubt thinking maybe she deals with rude people a lot but even when speaking to her with extreme kindness she is so nasty and unprofessional. Clearly the company doesn't care because I see several other comments about this same person (some people think it is a male) the receptionist is always respectful and professional but the other person shouldn't work in a job where she's required to talk to people. I hope her life gets better.

I called to get information on a garnishment for my daughter. The receptionist was pleasant enough, but the "gentleman" that I spoke to was extremely rude. I had some very general questions and for every question "he" had a very rude response. I understand they deal with collections, but the snippy attitude can be left out. It's hard enough to call and talk to someone about these issues, but to have someone seemingly enjoying being rude about my inquiry was just unprofessional and gauche. They garnished my check even though the state had already taken my state taxes to cover most of what I owed. Instead of just taking what was left they went back and started garnishing the whole amount again. I know they got the same letter I did 8-10 weeks ago. So. That being said. The way they talk to people and handle their business is trash.

I'm not even convinced this is a real business. Says payment can be made in person, BUT the office is closed to the public. If you call in no one ever answers. I've waited on hold for an hour, while being the number one person in the queue, how is that possible? Also the hold message says you can leave a message for the receptionist if you press 1, but that's not true. It doesn't go to a voicemail box, just leaves you on hold. I think they just avoid you to drive up your fees, pretty disgusting behavior.

This is my second time dealing with this office. The woman I spoke to today was extremely inconsiderate, disregarding of my concern, and would not listen to me as I asked questions to further help me understand my options. She was rude and to a degree ignorant of the information I needed. She simply did not care about trying to help someone work through trying to find a solution to the issue at hand. This is NOT the way to treat the general public and speaks volumes of this woman's character and disposition towards helping people. I hope she learns empathy and patience.

You guys need to fire that rude rude lady that answers the phone there. She has a deep voice I thought it was a man at first. I believe her name is Sonya. apparently she hates her job because she answered the phone very rudely
