Absolutely would not recommend Mr. Tong to any one... well maybe to my enemies. This man is dishonest. After a pleasant consultation we were off to what appeared to be a good start. It was at this point that Mr. Tong asked me to leave him a positive review, from there on his services got progressively worse. In addition to Mr. Tong being very difficult to get ahold of, he rarely or never called, the invoices I received were convoluted, and overall lacked a sincere desire to give services as he initially promised.
