I give Patty a 4 Star Rating!! She is in opinion the best Real Estate attorney in Orange County. My mom had a closing several years ago with another attorney who I will not name here, that screwed up the closing so bad that 40K of my mom's money was held in escrow for months. I contacted Patty and within a month my mom received back the money that was rightfully hers. She has handled three of my own real estate deals and she is always on top of everything and always has her client's backs. I highly recommend Patty to anyone!!
