Dr. Dugan is knowledgeable, kind, and very thorough with her patients. She explains things well and is always responsive to questions. Among the best doctors I’ve gone to. I felt better just from my first appointment.

Dr. Dugan is excellent doctor. She is caring, smart, and very knowledgeable. And, she is always there for her patients and their families.

What a horrendous experience. A joke of a downgrade from Dr Jacqueline French. She thinks it's about her. She doesn't actually have any understanding. She actively chooses to not understand. I've literally never dealt with this awful of a doctor.
