This is a statement from my husband whom this man is representing...... This has been the worst experience of my life. My case is at a stand still. I can not even get a update on the evidence against me. He is doing everything but defending me in the federal system. Update: 01/17 My husband is now in the BOP. We could not get this gentalmen removed from his case. I can not reach him, calls are not returned, text go ignored, I can not even get him to help retrieve my husband's property. I understand he is a court appointed attorney, but it was my husband's freedom. I am sure on a private pay level he is a wonderful attorney.
