The entire team at Patrick Moore handled my closing with professionalism and detailed care from start to finish. I chose to employ them for my closing upon multiple local recommendations and couldn't have been more pleased with the all around service that I received for the value. Denise was my primary contact, she communicated with my bank, insurance company, and all other required entities very well as well as keeping me in tune with proceedings. During a potentially stressful financial purchase that most of us only make once or twice in our lives, there are many questions and concerns all of which were handled very well by Denise and her team. Closing took place on schedule at their Radford location, the office was very clean and well laid out. Every member was courteous and I never felt as though I was being rushed or that I was not of their immediate focus which is immensely important given the interaction and costs.
