The worst Lawyer Ever!!! Do not use this man George Patterson... I hired George to fight a paraphernalia ticket.... George wanted to put in zero effort.... in fact Mr. Patterson didn't even show up to court!!!! He forgot!! I was left there for 2 hours, I had just paid the man $500!!! George decided not to fight it as he said " it's not worth it to take to trial" then he explained how he charges so much and thank goodness because he probably would've got me into a bigger hole he worked with the prosecutor, made no effort to obtain the arrest footage.... a mediocre lawyer could've got this case dismissed based on the simple fact the cop followed me for 2 miles before pulling me over for speeding a supposed 2 miles back... also I never got a speeding ticket...I hired George patterson and he acted like the co-prosecuting attorney.... come to find out there were multiple blatant mistakes made by the police yet George didn't challenge anything I paid him to not show up give the prosecution more time and then shake hands with the state after giving me a permanent record. Do not go to this man if you value yourself and your life because George will not value you, your money, or your time.

George Patterson is a very intelligent, and very caring person! He truly cares for his clients and their rights. I was facing 2 very serious crimes do to a certain individual lying about a certain set of events and Goerge was not only able to prove what the truth was, but did so in a very professional and intelligent way. I haven't been in a court room too many times, but I've never seen someone be able to capture the attention of everyone in the court room in such professional way like George Patterson was able to do. I would highly recommend George Patterson if you're seeking a very intelligent, professional, and caring attorney!

I've known George for 22 years. He helped me when I had first moved to Boise from the beautiful city of Seattle. George has been one of the nicest people that I have had the pleasure of knowing in this state. I've never in my life appreciated anyone more: first, for their professionalism, 2nd for their empathy and dedication to the rule of law (not what some prosecutor may skew it into), and 3rd, for his unbiased vision and wisdom to develop mutual respect toward others. Say what you will, but most of us have experienced those uncomfortable moments when an attorney we have hired makes us feel that the meter is running and we're at his mercy. George Patterson and his wife are the legal profession's emissary. Well a person like me, in a smallest minority like me, aught not live in a state like Idaho, but I do. Thus, I'm glad George was there when I needed him and you will be too.

George is an AMAZING attorney!! He worked very hard on our situation with my son and he stood beside us 100% of the way! He did not overcharge for stupid items and he made it possible to hire an attorney and make sure the job is done right! George is not only a great attorney he is an amazing human being he went above and beyond to make our life so much easier!! Because of this amazing man my son is able to live his life again normally after being falsely accused him of something that could've put him away for 15 years. WE LOVE YOU GEORGE!!!

I don't normally write reviews but I want to give those looking for a criminal defense attorney to not hire Mr. Patterson. He comes across as caring and even promises a good outcome for the defendant but I was able to sit in on my son's closing argument. I have worked in law for 28 years and have NEVER seen such a poor, unprepared performance as I saw by Mr. Patterson! Later I found out that Mr. Patterson never even called witnesses vital to my son's case. The lies testified by the "victim" were never challenged by Mr. Patterson resulting in a guilty verdict whereby my son was sent to prison on a "rider" for three months. My son suffered from PTSD, was a Veteran and 60% disabled. The additional stress my son experienced as a result of Mr. Patterson's failure to do his job as a defense attorney eventually took a toll on my son and in 2016 he took his life. As a side note, my son's case was under review by a court appointed appeals attorney who informed me that Mr. Patterson made several vital mistakes at trial that probably could have resulted in a not guilty verdict for my son. Unfortunately by the time this was discovered my son had died. While there are no guarantees, you run just as much of a risk with a court appointed defense attorney as you do with Mr. Patterson. The difference is, you won't have to fork out $6,000 for a court appointed attorney like we did for Mr. Patterson's incompetent defense.
