My name is Yaari. I had the pleasure of dealing with Greta and Amber. Greta did a great job as we got started with my case! She then passed me to AMBER! I wasn’t happy about what was going on as well as I didn’t understand a few things. Amber was patient, understanding and caring but the most amazing thing about her is she TRULY listened to my concerns and let that drive her as she worked on my behalf. So thanks ladies! The Reaves law firm were very responsive when I told them about my accident and injuries.They helped me out right away by getting me to rehabilitation and making sure everything is going the way it should. Amber Young helped finish out my case by helping me get everything I needed and I’m very grateful that she help the process go a lot faster and smoother.

If I was able to give them no stars I would. I've had a horrible experience with Reaves. They've prolonged and procrastinated on my case since 2018. I have yet to heard any results. I always have to call for updates and no gets back to me with any info. My case has been passed off to over 8 different attorneys without any updates or notice until I'm the one to call.i will never recommend Reaves to anyone

At first I was a little concerned but as my case began to move through the process my team at the Reaves law firm really worked hard for me. Jeanette was my angelic voice who spoke up for me and helped me get the best results I could imagine. To everyone at the Reaves law firm I wanna say thank you for your help during this time in my life.

This one star is given only because its the only way to post a review! Definitely undeserving! My daughter was in a car accident over a year ago and we have yet to get adequate updates. I call, “no answer”. I have to act as a new client just to get a response from “anyone”. The young lady that takes the call , who was very polite, then directed me to someone that was not the attorney on the case who was extremely rude with little patience. The last I’ve actually spoken to anyone regarding my case was nearly 5 months ago. They explained in the beginning it would be updates every 2 weeks. In the beginning everything went just as they said it would up until my daughter reached a settlement and then, NOTHING! No calls, no updates, no answers even after leaving continuous messages. I was referred to this law firm so I thought that they would treat their clients with priority. I entrusted them with our case and they completely let us down! They’re definitely not living up their brand/motto!! It’s completely strange how my daughter and I signed off on the settlement and then silence. I’m really hoping that this is not a case of “Misappropriation of Funds” on their behalf!!!!
