I Called PAUL in June of 2017 And gave him ALL the info about My Case, HE said if he doesn't call me By that Monday AT 10am to call him, so he Didn't CALL SO I called him and left a msg, I left a msg EVERY DAY for a WEEK, and when he FINALLY CALLED ME BACK he tells me I'M Not TAKING your CASE, HE LET THE STATUTE Of limitations RUN out,. DON'T LET THIS GUY Screw your CASE UP, !!!

Avoid this attorney at all costs. He'll throw out whatever numbers you want to hear in the initial meeting to get you to sign a contract, then stop talking to you. He let my case fall outside the statute of limitations and simply refused to communicate with me until I actually showed up at the office.nnWorst of all, though, he's a loser. Look up his cases--ignore the news articles; he just loves publicity--he loses virtually every time he goes to court. And if you read closer, he loses because of "failure to file" rulings--e.g. he forgets or is too stupid to know to file certain paperwork with the court--or because his clients decide they don't trust him and want other attorneys.nnSeriously, do yourself a favor and get an attorney from Phoenix. I know Gattone hired Phoenix attorneys to defend him when I complained to the state Ethics committee about Gattone's conduct.
