Applied for a job, then assessment, then asked to drive there for interview, then asked to come back for an online test, so I did. All of this a week of wasted time. Never heard back, no wonder these people (julie to be exact) only have 1 star for their firm, very sad could at least have the respect and give the time for a e- mail with explanation. You obviously do not recognize excellent employees in your future!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I called to follow up on an application, and I was very rudely told that they don't accept phone calls and that if they wanted to speak to me they would call me. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time. If that's how they treat prospective employees can only imagine how they treat the ones they already have.

I have the opposite issue from most. my neighbor has not paid Taxes on their property since 2011. They owe $7,000. MISD has filed a lawsuit with Perdue over 2 years ago to collect money. Perdue tells me they can not get in touch with the owner. I got on Facebook, looked her up and got a response from her with in 24 hours. They gave up on doing their job. I'm now taking this to the next higher level of government in Ft Worth.

I am still investigating how their scam works but it looks like this firm relies on inadequate billing notifications from TxDOT to place obscene "administrative fees" on collection notices. I never received a single bill from TxDOT until I received a 82$ bill from this shady law office. This kind of extortion is not exactly unheard of, it reminds me of those tow truck companies that parter with apartment complex to troll the parking lot for minor violations.

I am pretty sure I got ripped off $1700. Funny how they said taxes were in collections but some how i got a bill today from the county about the taxes due. Wouldn't get a real bill if it was in collections.
