One of the best experiences I’ve ever had, which turned out to be under terrible circumstances. I went with both of my parents to have estate planning done. It’s a 2 part appointment. The first appointment is an opportunity for Alex to truly get to know her clients and understand their needs. You’re given the opportunity to ask whatever questions you may have and Alex takes the time to make sure you understand everything that is being discussed, especially since it’s something so serious. The second appointment is then set to go back and sign all the required documents. Well for me in that 1 week time, one of my parents ended up extremely sick and in the hospital and it came to a point where it wasn’t looking good. I reached out to Alex and she moved, what felt like for me heaven and earth, to get herself and 2 of her associates to the hospital to have the estate planning paperwork finalized. Thankfully things turned for the better the following week and everything turned out just fine. But in that moment of need for me, Alex was there and did what was necessary to put that plan in place and put her clients first, god forbid, my parent didn’t make it. Alex I can’t thank you enough for what you did for my parents. I’m forever grateful, and can never repay you. If you are on the fence about meeting with her, I’d be happy to push you to do it.
