Knowing many attorney's in the area since 1995 i have to say that Don Pesce Is One of the Elite at tackling tasks and getting orders to the Courtroom, in my situation everything was an emergency! It would have been better to represent myself. All his guy would do is take orders form the other side. I lost my job and did not go after maintenance or help with the child support. The Judge went against the Child agreement and he did NOTHING. Never filed a motion to protect me. He would disappear for a week at a time, NEVER returned my calls. Ended paying the other side an extra $2000 because I could never get a hold of him. I had to settle because I ran out of money paying him over $15,000 and got NOTHING. When I needed him his answer was "I am very busy", but not busy to take my money. I am still finding out the lie that he told me. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, FIND ANOTHER LAWYER!!!!
