Peter Kubota is a fantastic lawyer. He helped me set up an LLC, did all the paperwork for the transfers for my property, and was easy to work with. Peter returned my calls and emails quickly. His fees were very reasonable. His staff is friendly and super helpful as well. I would use his services again.

Worst exp I've ever had with hiring someone to take care of simple tasks. Would never recommend or use this firm again. Wont return calls, won't return emails. Worst service Ive ever seen. You would be bettor off hiring a out of state attorney that had to learn HI law. Im not sure about Mr Kubota as he would never return any request for communications. We have been trying for over 6 months to get a deed of trust and mortgage paperwork finalized but they can't seem to get to the finish line or return calls. His staff is very rude and incompetent in what they do. If there were zero star option this is what they would get from us.

Mr. Kubota revised our will & trust to be in compliance with Hawaiian law. He did so for a fair price IMO. He's OK
