Overall, we are very satisfied with the practice. My husband has been going here regularly for check-ups for years, and my little son has recently been tied up here too. Both the orthoptist and the two young doctors I have met so far were very friendly and took good care of the child. The need for specialist appointments is very high, plus there are emergencies, I understand that there are waiting times. We always take enough activity material with us. The staff may be stressed at times, but I have always found them to be polite and friendly. Organizing appointments (long waiting times on the phone and appointments only for the next quarter) requires perseverance and a reminder function on your cell phone, but it is doable. I have great respect for all practices that strive to meet the great need for treatments!

I tried to order a prescription for my vision aids this morning, March 28th. The lady on the phone told me she couldn't give me the prescription. I have been a patient of Dr. for at least 25 years. Königs and we always gave the values ??over the phone, which I had measured at the optician. Now I urgently need visual aids and the lady on the phone was very rude and unfriendly and told me that they had to come for a check-up in July. I tried to explain to her that I need this visual aid now because my eyesight has become very bad. And I need the glasses now!!!! Unfortunately, the lady told me I had to get in touch again next week and hung up the phone without comment. Some of the employees in this practice are so unfriendly that I'm at a loss for words at times. It's time for me to look for a new eye doctor in the hopes of finding someone who is competent and knows how to deal with people on the phone.

Very disorganized. I had a very unpleasant doctor. She was very snooty and rolled her eyes several times. She got personal and I gave her a piece of my mind. Her reaction was a roar: I shouldn't go to the ophthalmologist anymore! So first you wait forever despite having an appointment and then you are treated badly.

Long waiting times on the phone. Then the information, call again in a quarter of a year for an appointment, as there is no calendar for the second half of the year. This can not be it.

So to be honest, I called the ophthalmologist on Thursday last week, Friday last week. Today, Tuesday 27.02, I called from 8:00 a.m. and let it run until 11:24 a.m., the great waiting loop, the nice thing about it is, man Just like that, they're pissed because you didn't call the practice team beforehand, a little game for you to find the mistake, no greeting, a very pissed off patient
