He was supposed to get my child support lowered and it ended up being stuck at 800 a month for over 3 years.,I dont recommend, id take away a star but it isnt an option

Booked an appointment on their website for first thing in the morning, 2 days in advance. Got there early and it appeared no one was there. Went for a walk and came back 2 minutes post my appointment time, a car was there but the door was locked. I knocked, waited 10 minutes, knocked again, waited 10 more minutes, knocked again and gave up. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
