Worst lawyer ever, never returns calls, when he does answer, he is quick to hang up. He was " supposed" to amend our taxes 2 years ago, and never received anything nor a follow up from Phil, called to ask him several times what's going on and could never get a straight answer, just found out the one year that was supposed to be amended can no longer be amended do to it be over 3 years old now, he always has an excuse, some ones hot water tank exploded, someone got into an accident, someone is in the hospital etc..., trust me all those were just some of the excuses given when he did answer why he had to let me go and WAS supposed to call me back, still waiting. Not found us a new tax attorney in Crystal lake his office is professional and looks professional. Nothing like Phil's, Phil's place is dirty, very unorganized and has a terrible order. Nothing positive to stay about him or his office.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Phil did my taxes in March of this year. After months of trying to follow up, he tells me that someone has already used my daughter’s ss#! I had to fill out a fraud form. That was 5 months ago and I cannot get in touch with him! I have called him 23 times and emailed at least 30! I stopped counting. I am going to have to go to the IRS office to get this resolved. HE WILL NOT RETURN ANY CALLS OR EMAILS. It’s extemely frustrating, as the IRS has no record of me filing last year!!!! He has been completely USELESS. If I could give him negative stars I could. TERRIBLE TO WORK WITH- I can’t even say I worked with him!
I have been using Phil for over 20 years and he is hands down the best attorney I have dealt with. I have owned 2 businesses and I know from experience Phil, unlike a very high profile law film I had, will stand behind you when need help.
Phil is a great lawyer, very good man and compassionate, he has doing my IRS and he does great job????
Philip has been doing my taxes for the last 3 years,with no rate increases! I have always got a refund, and Philip does a great job of getting you back the most $. A++++
