I have done three closings at this office. They are always so nice and on time. I never feel rushed. Price always seems welcoming of questions through the voluminous paperwork involved in buying property. He let us bring our dog into the closing and that was pretty nice. There are candies, drinks, and oranges available to consume why you’re there. It looks like he has reading glasses available if you have presbyopia. The clincher, for me, was the bag of homemade cookies available to take home. They were so good! The location is also easy to get to from just about anywhere!

Phillip and his team are incredible! He went so far above and beyond to make sure I was able to close on my house. The seller had some issues and he immediately sought solutions. If not for him, the deal would have fallen through at the last minute and I would not be a home owner today. Thank you so much!
