Been waiting for 2 years now for an update on a case where my son was bit by a dog. I call and email and get no answers. The original attorney working the case apparently is no longer with this firm but their communication is so bad that I had no idea she was gone and was still sending her emails looking for updates. Finally got the email address of the new attorney on the case and haven’t heard back at all and when I call they just tell me she will respond when she has time.

I was referred to Pignatelli & Associates by a friend after they settled their car accident case. I worked with Attorney Clayton Gosnell, and I can't recommend him enough! He let me know what to expect and the communication put me at ease throughout the process. He negotiated a better outcome for me than I thought possible, and I am very thankful for his representation. I hope I won't need legal services again, but if I do, I will come back to this law firm. I worked with Elizabeth Adams and she was incredible. Ms. Adams was thorough and fast with my divorce. She made me feel incredible and deserving of all the things I wanted and She consulted me when needed to keep an amicable divorce possible with my ex husband. Terrible experience with them no updates, never prepared for anything and put blame on me for not providing information soon enough when they were in possession of it for months or longer, refused to contact witnesses. Then Louis tells me he won't do any more because my retainer is gone and after I explained I was out of money after giving them over $12000 to keep paying 4 days before trial he dropped out because he couldn't wait to be paid till after my case was finished.
