I'm not sure where to begin... After lengthy contemplation my wife and I have decided to contact the Washington State Bar Association. When planning to leave Washington State and travel full-time in our RV, we were met with a custody suit from my wife's ex (even though we had full custody). We had an appointment to meet Noel and review our case. When we walked into his office at the Jefferson 700 building, we walked into his wife cursing out a client of theirs. That should have been "our sign". Instead, we let Noel sweet talk us in less than 10 minutes about how he'd take care of us (this was all we were looking for in our custody case). Noel said he would handle our case and answer any motions, and that we were free to leave the state on the date we'd planned. In the 6 weeks before we left on our trip, Noel did NOTHING. No responses to the court, no calls to us and no defense on our part whatsoever. When we finally called, being very frustrated, his wife Melissa (who was also his secretary) cursed us out. I'm not talking" damn you", I mean we heard her use many, many 4-letter words against us. She yelled, called us unspeakable insults and then hung up on us. It's been nearly a year. We've lost custodial rights to our son (who lived with us from birth to age 8), we've never gotten answers from Noel or Melissa and to this day, we've never heard back from them. If nothing else, we'd like to know what the hell happened to our $2,500 deposit. If the Pitners were anything other than lawyers, they'd be in jail.

They are the best. Worth every penny. A lawyer you can trust who always has your best interest in mind and who will guide you through the most trying times of your life and help you even when your at your worst.

Did not have mine or my child’s best interests in mind. Just wanted to get the case over with. Did not represent me well in court and lied to me. Do not recommend hiring if you have a high conflict family law case. Very regretful that I allowed them to represent me. If they weren’t going to do a good job or it was too much for them they shouldn’t have taken the case. Personal issues with opposing lawyer interfered with their professionalism.

I have been in a child custody battle for 10 years. I have hired two previous lawyers prior to hiring Noel Pitner on to represent me. I can honestly say that things are finally getting dealt with! Noel has worked hard on my case and things are finally going in the direction that they need to be. I feel that the two previous lawyers were all about money. Noel is and has put my child before any money. I feel that Noel uses his heart in every case. I can rely on Noel and his staff at any time of the day or night. If and when things come up, they are instantly dealing with them, there is no waiting. There is never a time I am left in the dark as I had been the 10 years before. There is communication with Noel and his staff, which is a must. I highly recommend Noel and his staff if you are looking for a fantastic lawyer to help you in your case as he has helped me, I just wish that I would of found him 10 years ago. If you are needing a lawyer that is hard working, dedicated to your case, has a heart, and knows how important it is to communicate then I would definitely make that call and hire Noel and his staff on to show you just how awesome they are, and you will not regret having him on your side.
