I worked with this company for a few months and it was the worst few months of my life. The lawyers are rude, demanding, and don’t look at the employees as people. The woman, Kirsten or whatever her name is, who runs the place is, by far, one of the meanest, most manipulative and condescending people I’ve ever met, and they pile files upon files on top of your desk, then criticize you and make you feel stupid when you don’t get through them within a day. I cried pretty much everyday I got off because my work experience was never pleasant, and my coworkers weren’t any better, being nothing but lazy women who love to gossip. They train you to become apathetic about peoples’ financial situations and ridicule you for trying to find things that work for everyone. They ultimately fired me because I was on my break, and checked my phone while I was in the bathroom, never once allowing me to explain myself.

Why say you open at 8am if no one's there to open the doors or answer phones ????????

Everytime I call over the phone, whoever the receptionist is, is very rude. They are very outdated, I’m surprised they get chosen for any cases at all esp with the service ????

Beware of this company, they work with car insurance scammers! Got scammed....I Have my proof but they proceed to defend the scammers. Sad world we live in.
