I should have read the reviews on Yelp before contacting this Firm. I encourage EVERY veteran to do their due diligence before thinking the lawyers here care about helping veterans. They care about getting paid. Period. Not enough money in your case for them? They'll simply tell you "Sorry, we can't help." No explanation, no other guidance. Don't waste your time with Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick unless you want to be even more discouraged with the VA process. No, I will not contact your marketing department.

I had contacted them about my VA claims that I had issues with and all they said was that they won't take my case. I couldn't even get a reason for it. I understand if my case isn't worth their time because they don't think they could win or the money isn't worth their time. I just want to know why so I can figure out if I'm out of luck or if I should pursue a firm who would help me. Unless you don't already have a rating and/or have a lot of claims, go with someone else.
