I called to see if I could get some help the First Lady I spoke with was very helpful and kind she transferred me to a voicemail line where someone picked up and said hello” I spoke with the lady she cut me off a couple times saying she doesn’t want to waste time and said they were corporate and was rude when providing service I don’t mind being told I’m in the wrong department but you don’t have to be rude when people call you guys should definitely listen to calls but she did tell me to contact another person and I appreciate her for that information thank you
