PosiGen has been great for us. It took a while to get us turned on, but that was because Entergy took a while to install our net meter.nnNow that it's active, our $400 bill has gone down to less then $200.nnWe are on track to save around $1800 this year.
I wrote this review months ago; horrible just the worse company ever. no real savings like they claim. never help with any problems they blame you for using your electricity. dont waste time or money. only reason i even placed a star had to too post.nNow here we are again. I paid 60$ monthly fee and for over three months my panals didnt work did i get a call...no nothing but still want their money. Ive had panals for years and pat an energy bill no less than 120$ for a 1300sq home! Dont waste your time and MONEY. They wont help am ready to join the law suit!
I really do not want to give any stars. However, you must give one. Problem #1...I have seen no change in our Entergy bill. It was much higher than usual even. #2...I think PosiGen should have advised us to wait until all Electric work was completed on the home before installation. #3 Now we have water damage...from the room where they were installed. Sigh. So here is an update. I stopped letting the company take money from bank account. NOW someone contacts me--and even some guy higher up contacts me. He goes on vacation I don't hear anything until they want another payment. This is ridiculous and theycan honestly come and get these solar panels. It has been a waste of money.
I have been having a problem with system output which I have called to have repaired for over a month still no repair service I'm SURE THEY GONNA WANT THIER MONTHLY PAYMENT
I was so excited to get my solar panels. I even posted about my excitement in May 2017 on this very site! Well My feelings about this company have changed. My solar panels were installed very quickly but the Energy Efficiency company they hire left my attic a mess and I haven't been able to use my attic until yet. I have stated this to there customer service team multiple times and have yet to receive a response! Then my solar panels did not become active until October 2017 and no one in the office can explain why. It was an awful experience. I have yet to receive my entergy bill so I hope the panels work in this aspect. If you decide to do business with this company beware. I'm still waiting on a phone call from management but the did send my bill promptly!!
