Won mine. Sent 3 others that local attys had failed and won theirs. You have to have paid into Social Security to get SSDI. Listen to commercials carefully. "If you've been DENIED call me!" Not before or during application process. You have 60 days, after receiving denial letter to get to Ed Tante. If it's winnable he will get what you deserve. He personally drove me to Atlanta SSA to get an earlier hearing with judge. And yes he has a foul mouth.

Greedy and lazy ppl at this place. Even tho I got accepted and I probably could have with out them. They did absolutely no work besides reapply me. I not once met or spoke to the lawyer. They accepted almost $3k of my money for doing absolutely nothing. I understand they needed to get paid for the little work that they did but $3k, ridiculous and just greedy. I even had a problem with my back pay and I called them to help and they didn't even do anything to help me with that. They know that they didn't have to accept that much for doing pretty much nothing but did anyways cause they are just greedy and lazy.

I hired him in 2016 to help me get my disability approved. Before going in front of the judge, he stated that he was not going to be using all my information even though more had transpired since I hired him and kept him up to date with everything going on. My mom asked him if I was to be denied by the judge, Ed Tante stated that he would appeal. After I got my denial from the judge, Ed Tante dropped me also. I would not ever refer him to anyone else.

He was very firm and knowledgeable of the disability laws knew the doctors and judge's and handled our case in a timely manner had no regrets would recommend him and his firm to anybody. He has no fear and you won't either when you use him.no need to pante get Tante.

Hired them to file bankruptcy for me so I could get my car back they promised me I would a few days later they called me to tell me I couldn't get the car back. They wanted me to file chapter 7 instead of 13. I dont recommend them for bankruptcy!!!!
