Beware... they keep filing even after you make a payment. I paid my debt through their portal and sent the court documentation saying I didn't pay and my payment didn't go through. That's pretty convenient given the clock ticks on their fake interest charges. Just go in front of the judge. They make is hard to even pay a debt you never even got a bill for. I sat on hold for HOURS to get no person on the phone. No response to emails. Must pay 100% of the debt with zero negotiations. You will be better off going in front of a judge. Keep all records of your calls, emails and mailing proving you did what you needed to do. Ambulance chasers. Pathetic! Update --- second payment was attempted. Again was told did not clear. I have 4 times the amount in my account. Looking forward to court with these guys.
I had a pleasant time talking to Michael at this law firm. I owed money to a credit card co and he was able to settle at the amount I was able to. Don't waste time with someone else. Ask for Michael at Ext. 5502! You will be surprised how kind, considerate and helpful he is. I specifically asked for Michael at ext. 5502 after reading all the wonderful reviews about Michael.
Nick ext. 5166 was very polite and respectful. The wait time was ling but he was able to help me get a payment plan going with ease. And allowed me to set up auto payments for future so I don't forget to make them. Very kind

The 5 stars are for Michael at ext #5502. I have a debt that is at to garnish pay, but that won't happen for at least another 11 months. So they just took $900 of my money with no notice or anything. I have been paying off several debts from a divorce and am down to the final two collections. I tried for a hours Thursday, Friday to get ahold of someone by waiting in the queue for a representative, with no luck in getting the issue resolved. After waiting for 1 hour i get a rep who said someone will have to call me back, but that won't be until July 1st... I need the money back now. She connected me to a manager, Michael at ext #5502 and was able to help me get this squared away. Michael was very pleasant and helpful. Why can't the collection industry be more like him... to actually care and understand the situation. don’t waste your time calling anyone else there. instead call Michael! 5502
