We called to cancel with them and now we have a $250.33 that was sent to a debt collection agency called oxygen xl. We never received a letter indicating why we owe this. We been w/ them for years and I know we don't have no early termination fees or anything

I wish i can give them ZERO star … the management crooks and they deal with everyone is a crook like them … they still holding my 12 k. … without any reason …every time i call I have to wait 30 to 40 muints to speak with someone… have bad attitude to tell me we will release your funds after 180 days … DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOW LIFE CUSTOMERS SERVICE COMPANY … It’s horrible and you will regret it… they will mess up your business…. The only thing i can think ???? why they holding my money …. Maybe I’m not white .

This is a highly unfavorable experience with the processing company. We strongly advise against signing up with them. Jim Hilber misguided us into using this company for our meat processing plant, but it turned out to be a terrible and horrific decision. Despite following all of Jim's instructions to accept payments through our website, the company has shut us down and is withholding our funds for close to five months now. We have reached out to Mike G, Debbie B, Michelle W, and Mariyam Z for assistance, but they have been unresponsive and unhelpful. As a startup business, it is crucial that this situation is resolved promptly. We urge all readers to avoid using this processing company.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I am a restaurant owner and due to Covid 19 my restaurant was forced to close down. I want to close account with this company Priority Payment Systems. At first they sent me label and I return their machines but after few month I check my bank statement they still charging me every month till now. I filed complaint to the BBB but I just want every business owner out there to know this company is very SHADY. They refuse to resolve my problem and keep transfer me to a manager or someone that have authority to make decision and make me wait hours on the phone. Still not resolved yet. So please for those you our their if one of their sells come and ask you to do business with them watch out !

This Company is scam. Called in to terminate the account on August 2019, until now ( Feb 2020 ) they still charge monthly fee. When we call in to complain they said they can't find the merchant number on their system,even it is listed on the statement they mail out. Trying to reach out to supervisor or manager,but got a feeling this will be a long deal to go. Good luck dealing with this company. Updated : Spoke to Sales Manager, and promised that the account will be promised. Until today, April of 2020 still got a statement coming in.. Finding a lawyer to get them terminate this account now ( Of course they will pay my lawyer fee,i'll make sure of that )
